About the event
Naari Shakti set out to find the women of our society who contribute in any way — as working professionals, entrepreneurs, businesswomen, the self-employed, social workers and in their homes.
The ceremony showed how much women do to support their families while keeping the balance of nurturing them, and how much they give to the wider community. Each honouree received the Trust’s shield from respected senior members of the community.
The event showcased the importance of women in supporting their families — and in building a better society for the future.
